Founded as recently as 2013, Wood Ag was the product of Chinchilla agronomist Russell Wood following his previous 14 years working with farmers in the Chinchilla, Warra and Jandowae regions on the Northern Darling Downs in Queensland.  Wood Ag joined the NRI group the following year and has fast become Chinchilla’s premiere rural supply store, catering for agricultural, horticultural and livestock producers throughout the region. As an employer of local staff, Wood Ag also embraces the opportunity to support local community groups and charity organisations, many of which their staff play an active role in.  Today, Wood Ag continues to provide quality agronomic advice, on-farm delivery service and general merchandise supplies to the general public, all combined with friendly and professional service.

The Terang and District Co-operative is a long-standing and innovative enterprise owned enterprise owned by around 3,000 shareholders from the local community, who we know as our 'members'.  The Co-op owns and operates the Supa IGA plus Liquor supermarket, the NRI Rural Supplies and a Dairy Services Outlet in Terang, as well as the Mitre 10 Stores in Terang & Camperdown. The strategic direction of the Co-op is guided by a Board of Directors in consultation with our members. Our daily operations are overseen by store managers, who are backed by a dedicated workforce of around 130 with a mix of full time, part time and casual staff. The Co-op is an integral part of the community. Lachlan Agencies joined NRI in December 2010 and is a family owned and operated company which is now run by the 3rd generation of Brasnett’s  Peter & Stephen. It was established in 1973 and has been servicing the Condobolin district for over 40 years.
